Your information
This notice explains how the Atomic Web team handles information shared through this website and project enquiries. Contact us at atomicweb0@gmail.com with privacy questions.
Atomic Web is the name of our independent team, not a registered company. The team manages enquiries sent through atomicweb.org. Our contact email is atomicweb0@gmail.com.
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, requested service, project message and permission to respond. You may also provide your company, website, estimated budget and timeline. We use this information to review your request, communicate with you and discuss a possible project. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information.
Enquiries are stored in the WordPress website database and sent to our team email at atomicweb0@gmail.com. The website is hosted on Hostinger, and email is received through Gmail. Copies may also be included in website backups stored on the hosting account. Team members handling enquiries and technical providers may process this information as needed to operate these services.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools on this website. Fonts are served from our own website. WordPress and site services may use cookies needed for functions such as administrator sign-in. If we introduce optional tracking, this notice and the relevant choices will be updated.
We retain ordinary enquiries for up to 12 months, then review and remove information that is no longer needed. If an enquiry becomes an active project, relevant records may be retained for the project and related administration. Backup copies may remain until those backups are replaced and are used for recovery. To request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw permission for further enquiry contact, email atomicweb0@gmail.com. We review requests and explain any information we still need to keep.
